Terms and Conditions

To assist us in processing your warranty claim, please provide as much detailed information as possible. Once your form is submitted, our team will review the information and contact you with confirmation of the warranty status and further instructions regarding the return and shipping of goods.

Important Information:

Inspection Fee:

  • A non-warranty inspection fee of $35.00 (excl. GST) will apply to all goods that are not covered under warranty.
  • If the repair is approved and proceeds, this inspection fee will be credited towards the total labour cost.
  • If returned goods are found to be not faulty, the inspection fee will still be charged to the customer for labour.

Freight and Pre-Inspection Responsibility:

  • Customers are responsible for all freight charges related to the return and shipment of goods including freight tracking and safe packaging.
  • Customers must thoroughly inspect all goods prior to lodging a warranty claim to ensure the issue is valid under warranty terms.
